Q: How much is the deposit?
A: The deposit depends on the applicant’s credit, references, job, pets, etc. – The deposit is usually equal to one month’s rent, but it could be more (or possibly even less.)
Q: Do you accept HUD vouchers?
A: No, we do not participate in the program at this time.
Q: Do we rent to people with pets?
A: Many of our properties will allow pets, depending on pet’s age, neutered, size, and applicant’s qualifications. Pet deposit amount is based on your application.
Q: What are the qualifications for renting one of your listings?
A: A household income, (take home pay), of 3 times the rent each month. No evictions or apartment collections. Credit report and payment history will be a major consideration. A positive reference from current landlord, if applicable. Your application will then go to our review board to be considered. This may take a week or more.
Application requirements:
Application for each adult who plans to live at the property.
$50 non-refundable application fee for each applicant.
Proof of income, usually by way of your most recent check stubs or tax forms.
Verification of rent from your current landlord, if applicable.
